How hard is it to cancel Virgin Plus?

Virgin Plus monthly-plan members cancel/exit by phone (1-888-999-2321), chat, in-store or agent callback; the FAQ points to the Membership Agreement for early-exit terms and any device-balance/early-cancellation charges. To keep a number, port it via the new carrier (Canada: account number + active line, no PAC) and do not deactivate first. Prepaid customers simply stop topping up: service runs until the last paid period ends and the account fully disconnects after 90 days without a top-up; stored card/PAD registrations should be removed and no refund of unused prepaid balance is described.
