How hard is it to cancel Virgin Active South Africa?

Virgin Active South Africa members must give 20 business days written notice to cancel, submitted via the app, website, email ([email protected]) or in person at the club. A 5 business day cooling-off period from signature allows a full refund on return of any promotional items; early cancellation within the commitment period incurs a reasonable cancellation fee under the Consumer Protection Act.
