How hard is it to cancel Viettel?
Viettel scores 52/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the VN, a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, phone, in person, email.
Mobile package cancellation is available via SMS to 191 (send HUY [package-name] then confirm with Y), through the My Viettel app, or by calling hotline 198, cancellation stops auto-renewal at end of cycle, or HUYDATA cancels immediately with forfeiture of remaining benefits. Fiber/broadband internet cancellation requires at least 15 days advance notice and must be done by calling 18008119 or visiting a Viettel transaction office in person with ID; the My Viettel app does not support internet contract cancellation. Viettel does not issue refunds or prorate unused days upon cancellation, the charge already made is final and non-refundable. Customers must settle all outstanding fees and return any borrowed equipment before the internet contract termination is processed.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
