How hard is it to cancel Vidgo?

Vidgo subscribers can cancel online at any time by logging into their account at vidgo.com and clicking 'cancel subscription'; auto-pay is disabled and service continues through the end of the billing cycle. Subscribers who signed up through a third-party platform such as Roku must cancel through that platform's subscription management. No refunds are issued for partial months; however, cancellations within the first three days of service incur no charge. Phone support is also available at 800-741-6727 during business hours.
