How hard is it to cancel Vellabox?
Vellabox scores 64/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, email.
Vellabox allows monthly (no-commitment) subscribers to cancel anytime through a self-serve account portal (login, Subscriptions tab, View, Cancel); phone and email cancellation are also accepted per the Terms and Conditions. Annual subscribers may only cancel during the first month of the subscription; prepaid/commitment-plan subscribers must reach the end of their term but can disable auto-renew. Billing occurs between the 1st and 5th of each month, and if an order is already processing, cancellation takes effect the following billing cycle. Refunds are explicitly described only for gift subscriptions (refundable within 30 days of order); no refund terms are stated for monthly or annual plans.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
