Vegancuts subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime by disabling Auto-Renewal in the account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations must be submitted by the 8th of the month to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle (9th–10th). All payments are non-refundable once processed; prepaid plan holders continue to receive remaining boxes but receive no refunds. Subscribers can also skip a month without cancelling by contacting support or using their account.
