How hard is it to cancel VEED?

VEED cancellation is performed online by logging in, clicking the workspace name (top-left), selecting Workspace Billing, and clicking 'Turn off auto-renewal', then completing a required cancellation questionnaire; a confirmation email is sent. The help article states cancellation must be done at least two business days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling does not result in a refund and ensures no further charges are made; remaining AI credits can be used through the end of the current billing period and do not roll over. Access to the paid workspace continues until the end of the current billing period.
