VASA Fitness memberships can be cancelled via the mobile app, the online help center, email, phone, or certified mail, with a 30-day notice period required. A $25 cancellation fee applies if a member cancels within the first 6 months (waived for Corporate Wellness employer-subsidized memberships). VASA does not issue refunds for unused membership time, and any payments scheduled to draft during the 30-day notice window remain due. Members also have a 3-business-day grace period after signing to cancel without any penalty.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
