How hard is it to cancel UrbanStems?
UrbanStems scores 53/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
UrbanStems ongoing (pay-as-you-go) subscriptions can be canceled anytime via self-service: log in, go to My Account > Subscriptions, select the subscription, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Cancel Subscription.' Prepaid and gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and cannot be canceled or refunded. All purchases are final and nonrefundable except for damaged products, which must be reported with photos within 72 hours of delivery (5 days for peonies). No advance notice period is disclosed, and the only documented support channel is a web contact form — no phone, email, or chat is published.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
