Subscribers cancel online by logging into their account, navigating to the Subscriptions tab, and clicking the Cancel Subscription button, no phone or email required. Cancellation must be completed before the 1st of the month to avoid the next charge; existing paid shipments still ship after cancellation. Annual subscriptions are not refunded upon cancellation; the subscriber continues receiving already-paid boxes but is not billed again at renewal. Gift subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Pause/freeze: available, Subscribers can pause for up to 3 months at a time via the account dashboard (Subscriptions tab → Pause Subscription). Must be done before the 1st of the month to take effect that month. Month-to-month subscribers can also skip individual months using a Skip button next to the next payment date.
