How hard is it to cancel Universal Yums?

Subscribers cancel online by logging into their account, navigating to the Subscriptions tab, and clicking the Cancel Subscription button — no phone or email required. Cancellation must be completed before the 1st of the month to avoid the next charge; existing paid shipments still ship after cancellation. Annual subscriptions are not refunded upon cancellation; the subscriber continues receiving already-paid boxes but is not billed again at renewal. Gift subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Pause/freeze: available — Subscribers can pause for up to 3 months at a time via the account dashboard (Subscriptions tab → Pause Subscription). Must be done before the 1st of the month to take effect that month. Month-to-month subscribers can also skip individual months using a Skip button next to the next payment date.
