Unacademy subscriptions can be cancelled through the user's account (log in, go to Profile > Subscriptions, and cancel or disable auto-renewal); App Store/Google Play purchases must be cancelled in the phone's subscription settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current billing period, after which the subscription is not renewed; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. Online subscriptions generally carry a strict no-refund policy.
