Last reviewed 2026-06-16 · Documented-Policy tier · grade C

Ultimate Performance sells personal-training membership packages cancelled by emailing [email protected] or using a cancellation form at the gym (online PT subscriptions via [email protected] end at the close of the current billing period). There is no fixed minimum term; packages run on roughly 60-day Usage Periods with automatic renewal, and members must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid the next cycle's charge. UK buyers get a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase with a full refund if no sessions are used, with proportional partial refunds otherwise; used sessions and the onboarding fee are non-refundable and an admin charge of £30 may apply in some cases. Cooling-off rights are localized for other jurisdictions (US states, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Netherlands), and temporary freezes are allowed for medical or extended-travel reasons.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
