How hard is it to cancel Udrive?
Udrive scores 46/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AE, a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via email, phone.
Udrive (UAE car subscription/rental) has no self-serve in-app cancel button. Per Terms section 3.3 a customer terminates 'at any time by written notice, paying all outstanding Fees, and returning all Udrive property', in practice by emailing [email protected] (or by mail; phone 800-UDRIVE for service). Early-termination penalties apply to long-term rentals (1-3 months = 1 month penalty; 6 months and above = 2 months), and any one-month rental is strictly non-refundable with no prorated adjustment. Refund or appeal requests must be emailed within 7 days of the invoice and are granted at Udrive's sole discretion. No pause/freeze option. Account/data deletion is a separate email request.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
