How hard is it to cancel Typeform?

Typeform subscriptions are cancelled online via the in-account Plan & Billing page by selecting the Free plan and confirming — no phone or email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid billing period (monthly or annual), so access to paid features continues until that date. Typeform issues no refunds for early cancellation; there is no proration. No pause or freeze option exists; the only path to reducing cost is downgrading to the Free plan.

• Account/data deletion: Account holders can delete their account self-serve from the My Account page. Deletion removes all typeforms, workspaces, responses, and activity log data, and Typeform anonymizes or removes data from third-party systems. Deletion is irreversible.
