How hard is it to cancel Twitch?
Twitch scores 77/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Channel subscriptions and Twitch Turbo can be cancelled self-serve online at twitch.tv/subscriptions: click the gear icon next to the subscription and select 'Cancel Paid Subscription' (or 'Don't Renew'). A 'Benefits Expire On' date is shown — access and benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges occur. Subscriptions originally purchased via the iOS App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through those platforms' respective subscription management screens, not through Twitch's web interface. Refunds: Twitch's Terms of Sale states the default policy is not to offer refunds on subscription fees; limited exceptions may be granted at Twitch's sole discretion for technical issues or suspected fraud. No prorated refunds are offered for cancellations mid-period.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
