Twigby is a no-contract prepaid MVNO with no early-termination fee; service can be changed or cancelled any time, but cancellation must be requested through live chat (no self-service button), with identity verification. Customers are responsible for all usage and charges incurred before the request is processed and those are non-refundable. To port out, submit a Port Request with account number, name, address, and a Number Transfer PIN obtained via live chat; Twigby recommends submitting at least four business days before the end of the billing period. A 30-day satisfaction guarantee gives a full refund (excluding shipping) if requested within 10 days after cancellation with hardware returned.
