Türk Telekom subscribers can cancel internet or mobile service via the online portal (pre-application only), by calling 444 1 444, visiting a store in person, or by emailing a signed petition with ID copy to [email protected]. Service is suspended within 24 hours of the request being received, and the cancellation process is fully completed within 7 days. Company-owned equipment (modem, etc.) must be returned within 14 days or the cost is added to the final bill. No explicit proration or partial-month refund is disclosed; customers are instructed to pay the final invoice sent to them.
