Service is suspended within 24 hours of the request being received, and the cancellation process is fully completed within 7 days. Company-owned equipment (modem, etc.) must be returned within 14 days or the cost is added to the final bill. No explicit proration or partial-month refund is disclosed; customers are instructed to pay the final invoice sent to them.

- Pause/freeze: available, Hat Dondurma (line freeze) is available: subscribers can suspend service up to 2 times per year, for a maximum of 6 months total. Monthly internet fee is waived during the freeze period; value-added service charges and device installments continue.
- Account/data deletion: Data erasure rights exist under KVKK (Law No. 6698, Article 7). Requests must be submitted by post (with identity verification), registered electronic mail (KEP), or digital/mobile signature.
