Cancellation stops auto-renewal and access continues until the end of the current billing period with no proration. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-year annual plans purchased directly from tunnelbear.com; monthly plans, Teams plans, and app-store purchases are excluded, and all other amounts paid are non-refundable. TunnelBear sends a renewal reminder 30 days before the billing date.
