TrueID scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the TH — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, app-store.
TrueID lets subscribers cancel a premium subscription self-serve from Account Settings > Manage Subscription on the website, the mobile app, or the TV app, with access retained until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not given for forgotten cancellations.
