True Online home internet cancellation requires an in-person visit to any True Shop with a national ID card and all equipment (router, cables, power adapter); the service cannot be cancelled remotely or by phone. Customers are charged the full billing month regardless of cancellation date (no proration), and equipment must be returned within 7 days of the cancellation request. Early termination before the 12- or 24-month contract completes triggers proportional repayment of the waived installation fee (2,600 THB) and entry fee discount (2,000 THB). TrueMove H postpaid number closures also require a True Shop visit, while add-on data/call packages can be self-cancelled via the True app or by dialing *1242#; TrueID streaming subscriptions can be cancelled online at trueid.net or via the TrueID app, with access retained through the end of the current billing cycle.
