Trifecta requires cancellation via phone ((530) 564-8388), email ([email protected]), or live chat (8 AM-5 PM PT, 7 days/week), there is no self-service cancel button online, only skipping. Cancellation must be submitted before Friday 11:59 PM PT the week prior to the next scheduled delivery; if the cutoff passes, that order ships but no further charges occur. A full refund (up to 7 meals or $119) is available only on the first order if requested within 10 days of receipt; subsequent orders receive case-by-case credits for damaged/missing/incorrect items. No minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
