How hard is it to cancel Trello?
Trello scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Trello subscriptions (Standard and Premium) can only be canceled online via the Workspace Billing page on the web — mobile and desktop apps do not support subscription management. Cancellation requires Workspace admin access; the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle with no proration for unused time. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of upgrading a Workspace; renewals are generally not refunded. Upon downgrade, paid-feature data is hidden but not deleted — users are advised to export data beforehand.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
