How hard is it to cancel Trello?
Trello scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Trello subscriptions (Standard and Premium) can only be canceled online via the Workspace Billing page on the web, mobile and desktop apps do not support subscription management. Cancellation requires Workspace admin access; the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle with no proration for unused time. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of upgrading a Workspace; renewals are generally not refunded. Upon downgrade, paid-feature data is hidden but not deleted, users are advised to export data beforehand.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
