How hard is it to cancel TrainMore?

TrainMore members cancel self-serve via the online cancellation form at trainmore.nl/opzeggen by entering their name, email, member number and phone number. The flex membership has a one-calendar-month notice period; longer fixed-term contracts (12/18/24 months) must run their term, and no refund is given for unused days.
