How hard is it to cancel Trade Coffee?

Trade Coffee subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online via the account Dashboard ('My Subscription' > 'Cancel Subscription'), by email at [email protected], or by phone at (888) 252-8691 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm EST). Cancellation takes effect after the next unprocessed order — in-progress orders are roasted and shipped as the final order, and prepaid-bundle subscribers receive all remaining prepaid bags before the subscription ends. No refunds are offered on coffee once an order is processed, as coffee is perishable; bonus credits are non-refundable. A self-serve pause of up to 3 months is available as an alternative to cancellation.
