A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all plans (monthly, 1-year, 2-year, and 5-year); no refunds are issued after 30 days for pre-paid multi-month plans. Subscribers may also pause their plan for up to 8 months per year rather than cancel outright. No phone, mail, or in-person cancellation channel is documented.
