Totalplay can be cancelled by phone (800 510 0510 or 55 1579 8000, available 24/7) or by submitting an electronic request via Mi Cuenta on the website, though phone confirmation is required to complete the process. Contracts include a mandatory term (plazo forzoso) of up to 18 months; cancelling early incurs a penalty equal to the remaining months of the term, but no penalty applies once the mandatory period ends or if Totalplay changes conditions, fails service, or lacks coverage at a new address. No explicit subscriber advance-notice period is stated; after cancellation, Totalplay cannot charge for further service and the customer must return all equipment. Refund or proration terms are not clearly disclosed in official documentation.
