TotalAV subscriptions can be cancelled online via the dashboard portal (with 2FA verification), by emailing [email protected], or through the Apple App Store or Google Play for mobile purchases. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; service remains active until the end of the current billing period with at least 1 day's notice required before the cycle end. Annual/biannual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee; monthly/quarterly plans carry a 14-day guarantee — refunds require contacting support and result in immediate access termination. No pro-rated refunds are offered outside the guarantee window.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
