Total Fitness offers multiple cancellation channels: in the app (My Account > My Membership), by email to [email protected], by phone (0330 995 8425), in person at a club, or by post. Cancellation requires at least one calendar month's notice before the next payment date and is only possible once the minimum contract (1 month or 12 months) has ended; the 12-month plan auto-renews for further 12-month terms with a reminder one month before renewal. A 14-day cooling-off period applies to app, phone and online sign-ups (not in-club joins), with a refund less a reasonable amount for the usable period. Freezing is restricted to annual/12-month members for up to 3 months, once per year, for a fee.
