TokyoTreat subscribers can cancel anytime via the self-serve customer portal (my.tokyotreat.com) by navigating to My Subscription and completing a multi-step flow that includes answering retention questions and confirming with 'YES'. Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next billing/renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle; no proration or refund is issued for the current period. Payments are explicitly stated to be final and non-refundable, with a limited exception for damaged or missing items reported within 7 days of receipt. A 'Skip a Month' option is also available in the portal for monthly subscribers.
