How hard is it to cancel T-Mobile Home Internet?
T-Mobile Home Internet scores 94/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via phone, in person.
T-Mobile Home Internet has no annual contract and no early-termination fee; cancellation is done by phone (1-844-275-9310 / 1-877-453-1304) or at a T-Mobile store, not self-serve online. After cancelling you must return the internet gateway: T-Mobile emails a prepaid return label (usually within 24 hours) and returns are free of shipping/restocking charges, but if the device is not received within 30 days you are charged up to $370 (a damaged device incurs repair cost up to $370). A 15-Day Test Drive lets eligible new customers who schedule cancellation within the first 15 days get money back via a one-time bill credit; any resulting credit balance is paid out after 30 days via a North Lane Prepaid Mastercard.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
