tl;dv subscriptions can be cancelled entirely online through a self-serve flow: Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage Subscription redirects to the Stripe billing portal where users can cancel or pause their plan. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Upon account termination, associated content may be destroyed; users can also trigger full account and data deletion directly from their profile settings.

  • Pause/freeze: available, Pause is offered as an option within the Stripe billing portal alongside cancellation. Users reach it via Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage Subscription > 'Cancel or pause plan'.
  • Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account and all associated data via Settings > Personal Settings > Profile > 'Delete account'.
