tl;dv subscriptions can be cancelled entirely online through a self-serve flow: Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage Subscription redirects to the Stripe billing portal where users can cancel or pause their plan. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Upon account termination, associated content may be destroyed; users can also trigger full account and data deletion directly from their profile settings.
