Customers can cancel via their MyTiscali online account area, email to [email protected], registered mail to Tiscali's Cagliari office, phone (130 for private customers), or in-person at a Tiscali store; a copy of a valid ID must always be included. Cancellations are processed within 30 days of receipt. A deactivation fee equal to one month's non-promotional tariff applies if the contract is terminated within the first 24 months. The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (recesso) allows fee-free cancellation with a full refund of pre-paid amounts, minus a pro-rata charge for any service already activated during that window.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
