How hard is it to cancel Tinaba?

Account closure can be requested directly in the Tinaba app from the Settings section by attaching an identity document and providing an IBAN for any remaining funds; closure becomes effective 30 days after the bank receives the request. Closure can alternatively be requested via certified email (PEC) or registered mail to Banca Profilo.
