TOI offers a satisfaction guarantee: a full refund if cancelled within the first 7 days of subscription. For subscriptions taken via desktop, mobile web, or the Android app, TOI states there is no automatic renewal and the user is reminded to pay again for continued access; auto-renewing routes are stopped via the toipluscare email.
