How hard is it to cancel Tilda?
Tilda scores 73/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the RU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Tilda subscription auto-renewal is cancelled self-serve at any time by logging in and going to the Plans and Billing page. Under the Terms of Service, a user must cancel auto-payment using the platform feature or by notifying Tilda no later than three calendar days before the end of the plan's validity period. The Terms state that funds are not returned once a Plan is activated, though Tilda may at its own discretion refund funds in full or in part. If a card was charged in error or a cancellation was missed, users contact support via the in-account form or [email protected], and discretionary refunds typically take 2-5 bank days (up to 15). A user may terminate the agreement unilaterally by deleting the account.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
