How hard is it to cancel Tia?

Members start cancellation self-serve in the member portal at member.asktia.com/r/account-info by selecting 'Cancel my membership', after which a care coordinator processes it (allow ~3 business days). All memberships may be canceled for any reason within 48 hours of purchase. For monthly members, cancellation is effective the first day of the next calendar month after approval; annual members must give at least seven days' notice before their billing date. Members may also cancel by messaging the Tia admin team via the portal chat or emailing [email protected]. Refund specifics are not stated on the cancellation policy page.
