How hard is it to cancel Three UK?
Three UK scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the UK — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via phone, online (self-serve), in-app.
Three UK Pay Monthly customers must give 30 days' notice to cancel. Cancellation can be initiated via the My3 online portal (Manage Your Plan > Leave Three), the Three app (Account > Help > Leave Three), phone (0333 338 1082), or Live Chat; a STAC code can also be requested by texting 'STAC' + date of birth to 75075. If cancelling mid-contract, an early termination fee equal to the remaining monthly charges (less a 3% discount) applies; during the 14-day cooling-off period cancellations are penalty-free. The final bill is issued within 38 days of account closure and any credit balance is refunded to the linked bank account within 14 days of the final bill date.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
