How hard is it to cancel Thistle?

Thistle subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via Account > Meal Plan > Pause or stop deliveries, followed by a multi-step retention flow requiring a cancellation reason and two confirmation steps. Cancellations must be submitted before 11:59 PM PT on Thursday to avoid being charged for the following week's delivery. Already-processed orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds are issued on paid charges; any remaining account credits are forfeited upon cancellation. Pause is available as an alternative to full cancellation.
