TheraBox subscribers can cancel at any time by logging into their account and clicking 'Cancel,' or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations must be submitted before the 9th of the month (PST) to avoid the next renewal charge. Full refunds are available within 24 hours of an order or renewal by emailing support; after that window, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days for store credit or a refund minus an $8.95 return-shipping fee. Prepaid multi-month subscribers receive all remaining prepaid boxes after cancellation before the subscription ends.
