Monthly members cancel via the app or member area online (or Live Chat for card-payment members); 5 working days' notice before the next billing date is required to avoid the upcoming charge. Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of joining, full refund if unused, proportionate if the gym was used; after 14 days no refunds are issued for unused time. Saver (fixed-term) memberships cannot be cancelled after the 14-day window and cannot be frozen. Monthly memberships can be frozen (paused) at any time, with Ultimate members receiving one free freeze month per year and other tiers paying a stated fee.
