How hard is it to cancel The Farmer's Dog?

Subscribers can cancel online via account Settings > Subscription > 'Cancel Subscription', by phone at (646) 780-7957, or by emailing customer care. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellation must be completed by the Wednesday prior to the start of the scheduled delivery window. Ongoing subscription fees are not refundable, but first-time trial-box customers may request a full refund within 14 days of receipt by contacting support. Pausing deliveries with a custom restart date is also available in-account at any time.
