How hard is it to cancel Testbook?

A Testbook subscription and its monthly billing continue indefinitely until cancelled by the user per the Terms of Service; auto-renew (autopay) can be managed or cancelled from Account Settings or the linked UPI app. Refunds apply only until access/login details are dispatched; eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days, and Testbook Pass payments are otherwise non-refundable.
