Subscribers cancel online by logging into the Dashboard, going to Manage Subscription, and selecting Cancel Your Subscription — no phone call required. The weekly cutoff is Thursday at 11:59 PM; cancellations submitted after that deadline take effect the following week and the in-flight order is not refunded (unless the cancellation is due to product dissatisfaction or the order arrives missing/damaged/spoiled). Pausing or skipping (up to 8 weeks) is also available self-serve before the same Thursday deadline. Refunds for eligible issues are returned via the original payment method.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
