The weekly cutoff is Thursday at 11:59 PM; cancellations submitted after that deadline take effect the following week and the in-flight order is not refunded (unless the cancellation is due to product dissatisfaction or the order arrives missing/damaged/spoiled). Pausing or skipping (up to 8 weeks) is also available self-serve before the same Thursday deadline. Refunds for eligible issues are returned via the original payment method.
