How hard is it to cancel Tenk?

Tenk subscribers unsubscribe at any time via Mon compte then Abonnement & facturations by clicking Se desabonner (section 7.3); the subscription then automatically ends at the next billing date with no notice period. Self-serve cancellation applies to card, PayPal and bank-transfer subscriptions but not gift subscriptions.
