How hard is it to cancel Tempo?

Tempo membership can be cancelled self-service through the Member Portal (app.tempo.fit/login > Current Plan), by email at [email protected], or by phone at (833) 966-1777. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with full access retained until then. Prepaid 12- and 24-month plans are non-refundable with no proration; within the first 30 days of hardware receipt a full refund including membership is available. Members may pause for up to 3 months per 12-month period.

- Pause/freeze: available — Members can pause membership for up to 3 months (continuously or cumulatively) per 12-month period. Pause does not count toward any 12-month commitment. Initiated via Member Portal or by contacting support.

- Account/data deletion: Account deletion is available in-app on iOS (Settings > Account > Request to Delete Account). Users are shown what data will be deleted and must type 'delete' to confirm.
