How hard is it to cancel Tella?
Tella scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Tella subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from account settings (Settings > Plans & Billing > Manage > Cancel Subscription), with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. A 14-day full satisfaction guarantee applies to initial purchases; refunds are also available for billing errors, technical issues preventing use, and accidental renewals claimed within 7 days of renewal. Cancellation can alternatively be requested by emailing [email protected]. No refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations outside these circumstances.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
