Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade D

Telkomsel mobile (prepaid/postpaid) packages can be cancelled immediately via the MyTelkomsel app (Paket dan Berlangganan > Berhenti Berlangganan), USSD *363#, SMS unreg codes to 3636, calling 188, or through the Veronika virtual assistant; cancellation takes effect immediately with no stated notice period. For IndiHome fixed broadband, cancellation requires calling 188 or visiting a physical GraPARI store, a minimum 3-month service tenure is required, and a 12-month contract applies with early termination penalties; customers must also return modem and STB equipment. Refund policy is minimal, for failed transactions the balance is returned to the original payment method, but no prorated refunds for unexpired package periods are documented. GraPARI Online provides the same service as in-person visits and can be used from anywhere.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
