Telkomsel mobile (prepaid/postpaid) packages can be cancelled immediately via the MyTelkomsel app (Paket dan Berlangganan > Berhenti Berlangganan), USSD *363#, SMS unreg codes to 3636, calling 188, or through the Veronika virtual assistant; cancellation takes effect immediately with no stated notice period. For IndiHome fixed broadband, cancellation requires calling 188 or visiting a physical GraPARI store, a minimum 3-month service tenure is required, and a 12-month contract applies with early termination penalties; customers must also return modem and STB equipment. Refund policy is minimal — for failed transactions the balance is returned to the original payment method, but no prorated refunds for unexpired package periods are documented. GraPARI Online provides the same service as in-person visits and can be used from anywhere.
