Telia Finland customers can terminate most subscriptions (mobile, broadband) via self-service in the Minun Telia web portal (login → select subscription → Manage → Terminate), or by phone (020 690 400, weekdays 9-20, Sat 10-16), 24/7 chat in Minun Telia, or written mail. The standard notice period is 14 days for mobile and broadband subscriptions, and 14 weeks for cable TV; the final invoice is prorated daily to the actual last service day. Within 14 days of signing, customers may withdraw from a contract without reason under Finnish consumer law; fixed-term contracts terminated early require payment of remaining contract-period fees.
