Telecine subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online via minhaconta.globo.com (for direct/Globoplay subscribers), through the relevant app store (for iOS/Android-billed subscribers), or through the TV operator (for bundle subscribers). After cancellation, access to content continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Brazilian law (CDC Art. 49) grants a 7-day cooling-off right with full refund for purchases made online; outside that window no prorated refund is offered and any card credit may take up to two billing statements to appear.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
