TD Insurance lets policyholders cancel three ways: through the MyInsurance portal (Contact Us / Send a secure message, choosing 'Cancellation'), by phone at 1-877-777-7136, or by completing the cancellation form from the policy documents/Document Centre and mailing it to the listed office. On cancellation TD states it will refund any remaining premium as soon as possible, though the insurer may deduct an amount for days the policy was in force and may apply a small administration fee. If the premium is payable in full after a claim, a refund may not be available. No fixed advance-notice period is specified.
